This support lets you take advantage of your HomeSmart Connect marketing resources while addressing what we call your Core Four digital marketing areas (contacts, website, social media and email marketing).
Here’s what we do…
- Hold a meaningful conversation about your real estate business marketing to get a feel for where you are, and where you want to be.
- Help you gather ALL your contacts into one Master List so you can market to them consistently.
- Enhance your HomeSmart-provided website with a custom bio, custom header, lead capture, blog post, RSS feed and more.
- Create and/or enhance your social media profiles. Includes creating a well-branded Facebook Business Page with lead-capture.
- Set up a free Mailchimp email marketing account, import your contacts, prepare and send out your first email.
- Design custom email signature with lead capture and social media icons.
- Announce your move to HomeSmart (or other if you are not new) via your social media and email. We create postcard too (you cover postage).
- Create a canned email template for requesting reviews from your closed clients.
- Design one 11 x 17 Template Property Brochure, (you pay printing). Learn more.
- Take care of many more little tasks that make a big difference in your business productivity, marketing presence and lead generation.
- Conduct a one-hour wrap-up session that is recorded and sent to you for playback later. Very Helpful!
We take advantage of your ‘broker provided’, MLS, and other free tools.
