What is LionDesk?
LionDesk is a real estate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform for managing (and marketing to) your sphere of influence and all other contacts/leads. It also offers email marketing (video emails), tasks lists, power dialing, lead routing (from Zillow, Realtor.com, etc), document storage, a custom number for texting(video texting), and more.

What does our initial one-time set-up and configuration of your LionDesk subscription include?
A small but powerful real estate virtual assistant team, we offer LionDesk CRM support that includes setting up and configuring your account. From the basic to-dos, to advanced configuration, we help ensure you get the most out of your LionDesk account from day one.
- We start with our intuitive online questionnaire to quickly gather the info we need from you (lots of multiple choice, it’s easy to complete).
- We explore all possible marketing collateral to incorporate (from your MLS, Brokerage, or existing resources you already have).
- Based on your questionnaire answers (and our conversations), we ‘work our magic’ and turn LionDesk into your lead-conversion and marketing best-friend.
- We install several custom auto-drip campaigns we’ve created that are tactful and engaging.
- We host a remote-connect Wrap-Up Session and show you our work and how to use LionDesk. Woohoo!
- We can continue to support you with our optional monthly maintenance (see below).
Monthly LionDesk Maintenance (Optional)
Outside of LionDesk pricing, requires LionDesk account.
- Confirm new leads are on proper campaigns, assign those that are not.
- Provide Report for leads that need your attention or action, send you notice.
- Provide Report for leads you should connect with on social media. You do the actual connecting.
- Check status of deals in the pipeline and report to you as needed.
- Check performance of any Facebook Direct Ads as applicable, report as needed.
- 30 minutes of ‘special attention’ for needs you may have outside of our set tasks.

It’s important to note that this support is NOT a replacement of your daily use of LionDesk. It is a consistent review and tidy-up to keep your account clean and functioning as it should. This package does NOT include making phone calls to your leads or contacts.
